TICKET SALES: MAIN RECEPTION
- Children under 3 years of age are admitted free of charge under the supervision and care of an adult;
- Children under the age of 7 are only allowed under the supervision and care of an adult;
- Reduced fare ticket – children aged 3 to 10;
- School tickets are available for children and young people attending primary schools, middle schools, and high schools upon presentation of a valid school ID card.
- A group is defined as 10 people;
- Persons with disabilities (mobility impaired) – admission only under the supervision of an adult. Caregiver and person with disability: reduced-price ticket.
- Refundable deposit for loss or damage to magnetic pass: PLN 20.00;
- Fee for losing a transponder strap: PLN 80.00;
- Stain fee:
- swimming pool: PLN 2,000.00
- jacuzzi/sauna: PLN 500.00
- After the purchased hour has elapsed, the value of the entire ticket will be charged for each subsequent hour exceeded.
- The swimming pool management is not responsible for accidents and damage resulting from failure to comply with the rules and regulations.
