The above prices include:

• accommodation, full board, use of the swimming pool complex, Nordic walking poles, and bicycles;
• for stays longer than 3 working days with a full package of services – 3 rehabilitation treatments per day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) prescribed during a physiotherapy appointment (with the proviso that classic massages, radial shock wave therapy, lymphatic drainage, and BIODEX joint diagnostics are subject to additional charges), medical care;
• in the event of contraindications to receiving treatments, the price will not be reduced or transferred to other persons; treatments are not performed on the day of arrival and departure;

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. Full board for persons without accommodation (external guests): PLN 110.00 (breakfast PLN 35.00; lunch PLN 40.00; dinner PLN 35.00).
2. Full board ½ portion (children aged 3 to 10) without accommodation (external guests): PLN 65.00 (breakfast PLN 20.00; lunch PLN 25.00; dinner PLN 20.00).
3. The hotel day begins at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. with the check-out.
4. Early arrival without prior arrangement may result in a wait for the room to become available.
5. Additional fee for public holidays, i.e. April 5-6, 2026, and December 24-26, 2026 – PLN 50.00 per person/day; children up to 10 years of age – PLN 35.00 per person/day (does not apply to recreational and therapeutic stays).
6. The resort does not accept pets.
7. Prices do not include the spa fee (payable in cash at the reception desk according to the applicable rates). 
8. Prices do not include the cost of the New Year's Eve Ball.
9. Children under 3 years of age in their parents' room, without an extra bed and meals – free of charge.
10. The fee for an additional person (children aged 3 to 10) without an extra bed and meals is: PLN 120.00/day, over 10 years old – PLN 135.00/day.
