CATERING SERVICE
The catering offer includes meals served in the dining room, which operates on a two-shift system. We offer our guests the pleasure of eating and enjoying the dishes we serve in a spacious dining room with a homely atmosphere.
Serwowane posiłki cechują się różnorodnością smaków tradycyjnej kuchni polskiej, atrakcyjnością podania, do której przywiązujemy szczególną uwagę. Potrawy sporządzane są przez doświadczony personel kuchni, ze świeżych produktów, dostarczanych przez wyselekcjonowanych i sprawdzonych dostawców. Ogromną uwagę przywiązujemy do estetyki, higieny, sposobu podawania i dekorowania potraw.
We prepare meals as part of the diet:
A general, easily digestible diet consists of three meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The diabetic diet consists of five meals: breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. Breakfast and dinner are served in the form of a varied buffet, while lunch is served individually at the table.
The planning, preparation, and serving of meals is supervised by qualified staff from the Nutrition Department, who make every effort to ensure that our guests are fully satisfied with the dishes served, which are prepared in accordance with the principles of rational nutrition.
This approach, together with the implementation of HACCP and ISO systems and compliance with the recommendations of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Inspection, guarantees tasty and healthy meals.
